Our Story
A journey of compassion and healing
We hope our story will be a light for those searching for hope, healing, and a deeper understanding of life’s journey.
We believe that each person comes into this world with a unique purpose. To fulfil that purpose, we are given the gifts, experiences, and qualities needed to carry out the work we are called to do.
For us, that work is healing.
Healing requires compassion, empathy, sensitivity, and an openness to understanding the needs of others. It requires the ability to connect on a deeper level and to approach every individual with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
We believe that positive intention plays an important role in wellbeing. A loving heart, a positive mindset, and a desire to help others create the foundation for healing and personal growth. Conversely, negativity, fear, and harmful intentions can have a profound impact on the mind, body, and spirit.
Throughout our journey, we have faced challenges and obstacles, yet our faith has remained strong. We trust in God’s guidance and protection as we continue this work, believing that light will always overcome darkness.
This belief inspires everything we do.
Over the years, we have been inundated with messages from people across the world seeking help for loved ones suffering from serious health conditions. Many families face the heartbreaking reality of knowing that treatment could improve their loved one’s quality of life, yet they simply cannot afford the care they need. Time and again, we have witnessed the emotional and financial burden this places on individuals and families.
It was this growing need that inspired us to establish Friends Of Ancient Ireland Inc. Our vision is to help make healing treatment reachable and accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances or where they live in the world.
Our commitment to healing has always been driven by service rather than profit. We spent five years working free of charge throughout communities in the Southern Hemisphere, offering healing to those who otherwise had little or no access to support. In Ireland, we have also dedicated years to hosting open healing days that were offered completely free of charge or on a donation-of-your-choice basis, ensuring that no one was ever turned away because of their financial circumstances.
Together, we established the World Healing Centre and Friends Of Ancient Ireland Inc with a shared vision: to make healing accessible to everyone. Through our work and the generosity of our supporters, we strive to bring healing, hope, and relief to those who need it most.
Our mission is simple: to serve others with compassion, integrity, and love, while helping to create a future where healing is available to all.
Blessings,
Matthew & Gracie
